Luminara AI is a platform that makes your products and services visible to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. We prepare your data so that AI systems can understand it and recommend it to your customers.

How does Luminara AI work?

Luminara AI connects to your shop or website and automatically converts your data into an AI-understandable format. We use standards like Schema.org, JSON-LD, and special AI protocols.

AI assistants can then access this data and recommend your products/services when users ask relevant questions.

How much does Luminara AI cost?

Our prices start at €29/month for e-commerce (up to 500 products) and €39/month for service providers (up to 10 services). All prices are plus VAT.

Is there a free trial period?

No, we do not offer a free trial period. Instead, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first month after initial registration. A processing fee of EUR 2 (net) is deducted from the refund. The guarantee only applies to new customers – re-registration after cancellation does not qualify.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel monthly. There is no minimum contract period or hidden fees. You can cancel anytime with one click in the dashboard.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. The adjustment is prorated for the current month. With an upgrade, you only pay the difference for the remaining days; with a downgrade, the credit is applied.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and SEPA direct debit. For enterprise customers, we also offer payment by invoice.

Are prices including VAT?

No, all displayed prices are plus the statutory value-added tax (19%). Different VAT rates may apply for customers outside Germany.

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 5-10 minutes. You connect your shop or website, insert a code snippet – and you're live. Our setup wizard guides you step by step through the process.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No! Setup is intentionally simple. If you can install a WordPress plugin or insert a Google Analytics code, you can handle Luminara AI. Our support is happy to help with questions.

Which shop systems are supported?

We support all common e-commerce platforms:

What is the Quality Score?

The Quality Score is a rating from 0-100 points that shows how well your data is optimized for AI systems. We automatically check if all important information is present (images, descriptions, prices, etc.) and provide concrete improvement suggestions.

Are my data automatically updated?

Yes! Luminara AI continuously synchronizes your data. Price changes, new products, or inventory updates are automatically adopted. You don't need to manually update anything.

Can I also access the data via API?

Yes, starting with the Pro plan you have full API access. You can programmatically retrieve, update, and export data. The API is fully documented and supports REST with JSON responses.

Is Luminara AI GDPR compliant?

Yes, absolutely! Luminara AI is 100% GDPR compliant. Our servers are located in Germany, we have a data processing agreement (DPA), and we meet all German and European data protection requirements.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany. We use German data centers with the highest security standards (aligned with ISO 27001). There is no transfer to third countries.

How secure is my data?

We take security very seriously:

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first month after initial registration. The 30-day period starts from payment receipt. A processing fee of EUR 2 (net) is deducted from the refund. What happens if I exceed the limits?

We automatically monitor your usage and notify you in advance before you reach a limit. You can then decide whether to upgrade or book add-ons. We never turn off functions unannounced.

Do you offer white-label solutions?

Yes! With our White-Label add-on (€30/month), marketing agencies can offer the platform under their own brand. You can customize logo, colors, domain, and even support contacts.

Can I manage multiple shops/locations?

Yes! Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple shops or locations. The Pro plan allows 3 shops, the Marketing plan 10+. You can book add-ons for additional shops anytime (€15/month for 5 additional domains).

Yes! Luminara AI works worldwide and supports all languages. AI assistants like ChatGPT work globally – your optimized data is found regardless of location. We have customers in over 20 countries.
