No, we do not offer a free trial period. Instead, you have a 30-day return policy for the first month after initial registration. A processing fee of EUR 9 (net) is deducted from the refund. Additionally, a pro-rated daily amount (monthly price ÷ 30) is deducted for each day of use. The return policy only applies to new customers and not for re-registration after cancellation. Note: Agency accounts (agency plans) are excluded from the return policy.
