Anyone with an online presence can become a partner: bloggers, content creators, agencies, marketing professionals, or website operators. What's important is that you have a platform where you can authentically recommend Luminara AI.
How long does activation take?
Applications are usually reviewed and activated within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your login credentials once your account is activated.
When do I receive my commission?
Payouts are made monthly on the 15th of the following month. Example: Commissions from January are paid out on February 15th. The minimum amount for a payout is €25.
What happens if the customer cancels?
If a referred customer cancels their subscription, future commissions for that customer stop. Commissions already earned remain yours and will be paid out as usual.
Is there also commission on add-ons?
No, commissions are only paid on monthly or annual subscriptions. One-time purchases like add-ons are excluded from commission.
How does cookie tracking work?
When someone comes through your link, a cookie is set for 30 days. If the person registers within these 30 days, the commission is attributed to you - even if they return through a different channel.
Can I also advertise internationally?
Yes! The partner program is available internationally. Commissions are paid in euros, regardless of the referred customer's location.
Is there a minimum amount for payout?
Yes, the minimum amount for a payout is €25. If your balance doesn't reach this amount, it will be carried over to the next month until the minimum amount is reached.
