Payout Terms

2. Minimum Amount

The minimum payout amount is EUR 25.00.

If your commission balance is below this amount, it will automatically be carried over to the next month until the minimum is reached.

3. Payout Method

Payouts are made exclusively via SEPA bank transfer to a bank account within the SEPA zone.

Required bank details:

• IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
• BIC (Bank Identifier Code) - if needed
• Account holder (must match partner name)

Bank details can be updated at any time in the partner dashboard under "Settings".

4. Tax Aspects

Important: All commissions are gross amounts. Tax treatment is the responsibility of the partner.

For individuals and small businesses (Germany):

• Commissions must be declared as income
• Exceeding the small business threshold (EUR 22,000 annual revenue) triggers VAT obligations
• We recommend consulting a tax advisor

For companies:

• Partners with VAT obligations must register their VAT ID in the partner dashboard
• Payouts are net + VAT (if VAT ID is provided)
• Monthly commission statements are available for download

5. Payout Confirmation

After each payout, you will receive:

• Email notification of the completed payout
• Detailed commission statement in PDF format
• Overview of all paid commissions in the partner dashboard

All payout confirmations can be viewed and downloaded at any time in the partner dashboard under "Payouts".

6. Failed Payouts

Failed transfers:

In case of returned transfers due to incorrect bank details:

• The partner will be notified by email
• The amount will be credited back to the commission account
• Bank fees for returned transfers are borne by the partner (approx. EUR 5-10)
• Payout will be made the following month after correcting bank details

Overpayments:

In the event of an overpayment, Luminara reserves the right to offset against future commissions or request repayment.

7. Payout on Contract Termination

Upon termination of the partnership (by cancellation or exclusion):

• All outstanding commissions meeting the minimum amount will be paid out
• Payout will be made with the next regular payout cycle
• Commission balances under EUR 25.00 are forfeited

Important: After contract termination, no further commissions will be credited for new conversions, even if they occur within the cookie duration.

8. Disputes and Complaints

In case of discrepancies regarding payouts, partners may file a written objection within 30 days of the payout.

Complaint process:

1. Written complaint to partner@luminara-ai.de
2. Include partner ID and payout month
3. Detailed description of the discrepancy
4. Review by Luminara within 14 days
5. Written response with results

After the 30-day deadline, the payout is considered accepted.
