Luminara AI is a B2B SaaS platform (Business-to-Business Software-as-a-Service). Our services are exclusively directed at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB (German Civil Code), businesses, freelancers, and legal entities.
Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB are excluded from using our platform. Upon registration, you confirm that you are acting as a business customer.
Since Luminara AI exclusively offers B2B services, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Sections 312g, 355 BGB. The 14-day right of withdrawal only applies to consumer contracts and does not apply to business customers.
Nevertheless, we offer our business customers a voluntary return policy.
Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal, we grant all new customers a voluntary 30-day return policy. This return policy goes beyond legal requirements and demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our platform. Note: Agency accounts (agency plans) are excluded from the return policy.
Send your refund request via email to info@luminara-ai.de. Please include your customer number, the date of booking, and the reason for the refund. We will process your request as soon as possible.
A processing fee of EUR 9.00 (net) is retained for each refund. Additionally, a pro-rated daily amount (monthly plan price ÷ 30) is deducted for each calendar day the service was used. This covers the payment processing and usage costs incurred. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
After approval of your request, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
